Yield: Makes about 1 cup of marinade
• 3 large lemons
• 1/3 cup fresh rosemary (3 tablespoons dried rosemary)
• 1/4 cup of olive or salad oil
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
Cut lemons in half and squeeze out the juice into a nonreactive bowl or resalable plastic bag. Throw in the lemon halves and remaining ingredients. Mix together well. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Place marinade in a zip lock bag with chicken and place in fridge for 1 ½ . Ready for the BBQ.
