• 1 ½ oz vodka
• 3oz Cabernet Sauvignon (Red Wine)
• 3oz Mott’s Clamato Juice (Extra Spicy)
• 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 1 Celery Stalk
• 1 Lime Wedges
Rim a tall cocktail glass with the lime wedge and then Celery salt, fill with ice. Pour in the Red Wine, Vodka and Clamato juice. Add 3 dashes each of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Garnish with crisp Celery stalk and Lime wedge. Sometimes referred to as a “Bloody Caesar”, the Caesar was created in Canada and apparently remains predominantly a Canadian drink. Although the drink is similar to a “Bloody Mary”, the Clamato juice gives it a completely (and much better) taste. My favorite would be to add a Shrimp or Prawn as an additional garnish. If you would like to go to the crazy side…add a teaspoon of horseradish, yummy!!
