This is a great drill to help with your full swing power in regards to your path and the way the club moves around your body.
Using a hula hoop, put the hula hoop over your head and move the hula hoop around your body as if you were swinging a baseball bat. Then simply lower the tilt of the hula hoop so that it sits on an inclined or tilted plane. Then move the hula hoop around your body on this path, and get the sensation of what your arms do and how they move. This is a great visual for the correct path and plane, and an effective drill to help understand the path the club should travel on.
